Thank you for shopping at Tako Mekvabidze. We take pride in our Georgian craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

• Custom-made or personalized orders
• Items marked as “Final Sale”
• Intimate apparel or earrings (for hygiene reasons)

Return Process

To initiate a return, please email info@takomekvabidze.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Once your request is approved, we will provide the return shipping address in Batumi, Georgia.

Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
